There have been several references herein to the House Labor HHS-E hearing on CDC on March 9th - 4 days following our Summit "blanket of offices" on Capitol Hill. Following Dr. Gerberding's testimony, which focused on pandemic flu/emergency preparedness, there was a barrage of questions that related to the investment in prevention of chronic diseases, the REACH program, and other issues. We can link at least questions posed by 2 Congressional Committee members directly to our Summit messages and interactions we had w/ those Representatives' Hill staffers!
